About Cardiac Rehabilitation
Cardiac rehabilitation is a supervised programme that helps people recover after a heart attack, angioplasty, heart surgery or a diagnosis of heart failure. It combines safe exercise, education about heart health, diet guidance and support to manage risk factors.
Our cardiology team works with physiotherapists and dietitians to tailor the programme to each patient and support secondary prevention.
