Our History
AKG Memorial Co-operative Hospital was established in 1988 with a vision to provide quality healthcare at affordable rates to the people of Northern Malabar. Named in memory of the great leader A.K. Gopalan, the hospital has grown from a modest healthcare center into one of the most trusted multi-specialty hospitals in the Kannur district.
Over the past three decades, we have continuously expanded our facilities, embraced cutting-edge medical technology, and attracted some of the finest medical professionals in Kerala. Our commitment to the cooperative model ensures that the benefits of modern healthcare reach every section of society, regardless of economic status.
