At AKG Memorial Co-operative Hospital, we aim to make the admission process simple, convenient, and patient-friendly. Our dedicated team is available to assist you and your family throughout your hospital stay, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
Admission
Hospital admissions are made only on the recommendation of a consultant. Patients or their family members should report to the Admission Desk on the ground floor with the admission slip issued by the treating doctor.
- Patients may choose their preferred room category, subject to availability.
- Routine admissions are processed between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Emergency admissions are available 24 hours a day.
- Our admission team will guide you through all necessary formalities before admission.

Companion / Bystander
One attendant pass will be issued at the time of admission. The pass remains valid for the duration of the patient's stay and should be displayed while inside the hospital premises.
Visiting Hours
Family members play an important role in patient recovery. To maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for all patients, visitor access is restricted to designated visiting hours.
- Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Visitors are requested to carry and display their visitor pass while inside the hospital.
- Please limit the number of visitors to ensure patient comfort and privacy.
