Technical Specifications
- Marine-grade plywood, 18 mm thick, conforming to IS 710, suitable for laboratory use.
- Decorative laminate of 1 mm thickness on external visible faces and 0.8 mm thickness on internal faces.
- Supply and installation of all necessary vertical and horizontal members, side panels, bottom panels, shelves, shutters, internal partitions and supports.
- Corrosion-resistant hinges, handles, locks, screws, fasteners, brackets and other necessary hardware.
- All exposed edges, corners and joints must be properly sealed and finished.
- Final dimensions, laminate shades, material samples and hardware specifications are subject to approval by the Engineer-in-Charge.
- Installation must include proper levelling, alignment, anchoring where required and cleaning after completion.
Quotation Requirements
- Item-wise rates for both laboratory counter specifications.
- Total quoted amount.
- GST at 18%, shown separately.
- Details of materials, laminate shades and hardware proposed.
- Confirmation that fabrication, transportation, installation, finishing and incidental work are included in the quoted rates.

Important:
Interested interior contractors may obtain the tender documents and particulars from the hospital office up to 26/10/2026 at 3:00 PM. Sealed quotations, superscribed with the name of the work, must reach the undersigned on or before 26/10/2026 at 5:00 PM.
