- An online appointment request is not confirmed until our team confirms it by phone, SMS or another official channel.
- Doctor availability, OP timings and schedules may change because of emergencies, leave or other reasons. We will try to inform you in advance, but cannot guarantee a particular doctor, date or time.
- You must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for information submitted on behalf of another person and must have their permission to do so.
- Tokens, waiting times and consultation order at the hospital are managed by the hospital's registration process.
4. Fees and online payments
Where online payment is offered (for example, for appointment tokens or health check-up packages), the fees shown at the time of payment apply. Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment gateways; we do not store your card or bank details. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Hospital bills, deposits and treatment charges are subject to the hospital's billing policies and tariffs in force at the time of service.
